Regular Thermal Receipt paper is too thin to operate in it. You will need to order thermal paper that is specifically made for this printer. This printer may not work on a 3.0 USB port. Most Virtual Terminal systems do not have this function and we do not accept returns on our printers when trying to use with those systems.
When using this printer with processing systems other than, please make sure their processing software has a setting to print to 2.25" receipts.
